Please be specific and detailed in describing your service request.
For example, rather than stating, "Wet spot on ceiling", write
"Leak in SW corner of Master Bedroom on rainy days". If we
make a home visit as a fact-finding call, it may needlessly delay your
service repair.
Please include any and all phone numbers where you may be reached DURING
NORMAL WORK HOURS so we can set up a service appointment. All service
will take place Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00PM ONLY. All our
service people are required upon satisfactory completion of the listed
service items to have the completed service order signed by you or your
agent. Do NOT allow service people or workmen in your home to perform
service items if you are not at home. If you are not satisfied with
the repair or workmanship on the repair, please make a written note
on the service order.

Emergency service can be obtained by calling the phone numbers on the
Subcontractor Phone Directory. The following are examples of emergency
services:
. A water leak that requires the water service being shut off to avoid
flooding the home.
. Complete loss of heat.
. Total loss of electrical service.
. A gas leak.
CALL THE GAS COMPANY EMERGENCY LINE IMMEDIATELY.
If for any reason, we are unable or unavailable to complete any item
within the 60-day period; we will notify you in writing of the delay
and anticipated service completion date.
